Dental Insurance

We are currently in-network with Delta Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier, and Humana. We are in the process of Aetna, BCBS PPO AZ, Cigna PPO, Guardian, Metlife PPO, Principal, and United Healthcare being in-network. We are honoring in-network fees, and your patient portion will not be any higher than it would be at any other in-network provider.

Dental Finance

If you don’t have insurance, or your plan covers only part of your care, we’ll help you find the right payment path. Some patients prefer predictable payments. We offer flexible dental payment plans through trusted lenders. Terms vary by lender, and approvals are typically fast after a short application.

Out-of-Pocket Payments

For your convenience, we take cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. Co-pays and deductibles are collected at the time of service. Ask about affordable dental financing options if you want to spread costs over time.
